Kelly Services is seeking dependable Scanner Operators to support our client's Document Scanning team! Contract: Temp to hire!
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Rate: $24.57/Hr
Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–12:30am (2nd Shift)

Position Summary:
As a Scanner Operator you will play a key role in digitizing, verifying, and maintaining critical records. This role supports project and compliance protocols and offers hands-on training in document control.

What You'll Do:

  • Efficiently scan paper documents, producing clear, accurate, and complete digital images
  • Verify digital copies against physical documents to ensure data integrity
  • Log errors and scanning discrepancies, preparing issues for correction
  • Maintain documentation and record files in accordance with project and company standards
  • Support compliance and assist with internal audits to ensure adherence to recordkeeping protocols
  • Work closely with quality control inspectors to address scanning-related issues
  • Provide support with file preparation and perform general data entry tasks as needed
  • Lift and move boxes of documents weighing up to 35 lbs as part of daily workflow
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous data entry or document handling experience preferred
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow protocols, work independently, and flag issues promptly
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in an office/warehouse environment
  • Capable of lifting and moving document boxes (up to 35 lbs) regularly
  • Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
