Kelly® is seeking a dedicated and organized Seminar Supervisor to oversee our temporary staff for a three day event and ensure that all attendees have a seamless and enjoyable experience during our upcoming seminar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Payrate
- $30/hr
Schedule
- Wednesday, April 23,2025 – 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Thursday, April 24, 2025 – 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Friday, April 25, 2025 – 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Seminar Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of temporary staff during the seminar.
- Ensure that all attendees are taken care of and their needs are met.
- Address any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to execute a successful seminar.
Seminar Supervisor Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in event management or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
