Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $34/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Location: West Chester, PA

What's a typical day as a Senior Analyst? You'll be:
• Managing the KINCISE 2 Evaluation program from unit arrival to post-evaluation retrieval.
• Partnering with Area Business Managers to drive allocations and deployments of KINCISE products.
• Submitting orders and monitoring the release of EQ holds to ensure timely allocation and shipment.
• Managing the KINCISE 2 Access & Service Agreement (ASA) dashboard and associated PO generation.
• Providing order tracking and confirmation of delivery for the sales organization.
• Fostering cross-team collaboration to ensure a uniform understanding of processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Managing, distributing, and enforcing SOPs for digital surgery compliance monitoring.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Bachelors Degree Required
• Have 3-5 years of experience in a related field
• Have creative problem-solving skills and the ability to streamline processes.
• Have experience leading and coordinating projects across multiple teams.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Have strong organization skills and the ability to work independently.
• Have experience collaborating with sales leaders.
• Have knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce (required)
• Have experience with reporting requirements.
• Have the ability to write WI's and SOP's.
• Have proven experience driving process improvements and improving operational efficiency.
