Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Job Specifications:

  • Job Type: Contract (Jul. 7/25 to Jan. 1/26)
  • Location: 100% Remote
  • Pay Rate: Competitive
  • Shift: Mon-Fri, 40 hours
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the central point of contact for managing retail location data across multiple systems, ensuring accurate creation, updates, and integration.
  • Maintain and update master data tables to support efficient operations and data integrity.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of PeopleSoft branches and SAP location configurations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish governance protocols for location master data management.
  • Provide expertise in retail location data for system enhancements, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare documentation, conduct training sessions, and communicate best practices regarding data usage.
  • Actively contribute to a culture of safety and compliance with company protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, operations, statistics, or related fields preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
  • Proven experience in building strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in statistics and database management, with expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Proven analytical and leadership skills with a client-focused mindset.
