Kelly is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to work with our client, a fast-growing and women-owned boutique law firm, on a direct hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized individual with excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills to support the efficient and timely execution of daily firm management activities.
The Senior Executive Assistant will have the following responsibilities:
- Daily support of Managing Partner to ensure effective tracking and execution of Finance and Administrative tasks
- Calendar management: coordinating and scheduling meetings with Clients, Vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Tracking and coordination of external vendors for IT and Marketing, including reviewing bills and deliverables
- Project management and ad hoc research as needed, including for corporate filings, data subscriptions, and investigating pricing options for external services
- Assistance with preparation of various analytic Excel reports
- Assistance with preparation of PowerPoint presentations and client documents
- Planning and execution of firm events, including in-person offsites and virtual events
- Assisting with online presence including website, LinkedIn and others
- Relevant experience to be successful in a senior-level role of this nature
- Strong to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Highly organized self-starter
- Excellent, collegial verbal and written communication style
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, complex environment
- Ability to be trusted with confidential information, including categories like employee performance and compensation
- “People” oriented, ability to develop collaborative working relationships with colleagues at every level
- Ability to effectively “manage up”
