Kelly, in partnership with a state of the art manufacturing company, is looking for a Senior Staff Manufacturing Planner in Frisco, TX.
This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire.
*This position requires 50% travel to India for the first year of employment. After one year, travel is reduced to 25% - 30%. All applicants must be amenable to this requirement.*

- Pay: $150,000 - $225,000 a year, plus bonus of 10% - 15%
- Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm while in the Frisco, TX location and 9:00 am to 4:00 pm while in India.
- Developing and implementing production planning processes for the India facility, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Training and mentoring local planning staff on best practices, ERP/MRP systems, and workflow management.
- Establishing key performance metrics and reporting structures to monitor and optimize production scheduling.
- Collaborating closely with supply chain, production, and engineering teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence.
- Identifying and resolving planning bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and coordination issues as the facility ramps up.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Have 5+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling, or supply chain management.
- Possess expertise in ERP/MRP systems for planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Have experience training and developing planning teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across time zones.
- Ability to travel to India 50% of the time
