Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | Mandatory overtime required

What You'll Be Doing:

•    Be the go-to liaison for customers, handling inquiries by phone or in person and ensuring top-tier service.
•    Assess customer needs, open work orders, provide accurate quotes, and develop effective repair plans.
•    Track workshop performance metrics like labor productivity and customer satisfaction, and work with the Service Supervisor to optimize schedules and assignments.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

•    A technical trade school or vocational certification—or equivalent hands-on experience.
•    Strong knowledge of generators, Diesel/Natural Gas engines, and field service operations.
•    Computer savvy, with a working knowledge of QSOL, Insite, and InPower.
•    Experience in service coordination, especially scheduling service technicians, is highly valued.
