Warranty & Repair Technician (Sewing Experience Required)

Overview:
KLIM / Teton Oufitters is seeking a Warranty & Repair Technician who is skilled in machine sewing and passionate about ensuring top-quality gear for our customers. Spanish-speaking talent is required.
This role is hands-on and requires strong attention to detail, the ability to meet strict deadlines, and a commitment to maintaining KLIM / Teton Oufitters industry-leading standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming and outgoing warranty and repair items, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

Identify and document all KLIM products requiring warranty service or repair.

Perform light sewing repairs using a sewing machine to restore garments to quality standards.

Correct claim errors and manage warranty documentation.

Handle special projects and additional tasks as assigned.

Lift and move items up to 35 lbs regularly.
Qualifications:

Must have strong sewing skills and experience operating a sewing machine—this is essential for success in this role.

Basic understanding of garment construction and sewing terminology.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Computer literacy and strong organizational skills.

High attention to detail and sound decision-making ability.
Additional Information:

May occasionally require evening or weekend work with short notice.

Must maintain productivity and quality standards as set by the department.
