Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $27.56 per hour + $1.25 shift premium
Shift available: 2nd and 3rd shift

Whats a typical day as a Shipper/Welder Associate? You'll be:
- Receiving assignments and instructions from your supervisor, both verbal and written, to ensure clarity in your tasks.
-Dismantling transformers for shipment, including components such as arrestors, radiators, and bushings, while adhering to established manufacturing procedures.
-Preparing and loading units onto railcars or trucks, ensuring all components are safely packaged and ready for transport.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
-Have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a willingness to learn and develop welding skills through training.
-Possess the ability to operate various machines and tools, including welders, grinders, and forklifts, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
-Are comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces, demonstrating physical capability and mental concentration to meet engineering and quality specifications.
