Shipping Associate - Temp-to-Hire - $19/hr - Dallas, TX (75261)

Our client, a well-established logistics company near the DFW Airport, is looking for two dependable Shipping Associates to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours, hands-on work, and long-term potential for the right candidates.

Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00am until close (between 8:00pm and 11:00pm); mandatory overtime required
Location: Dallas, TX 75261

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing outbound shipments and loading freight for delivery

• Spending time both on and off warehouse equipment, including sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks

• Handling, staging, and verifying freight without the use of equipment

• Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed to meet daily deadlines

• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

• You have recent warehouse experience and are comfortable with a mix of physical tasks and equipment use

• You have experience operating sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, or cherry pickers (preferred)

• You're reliable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to a hardworking team
