What's a typical day as a Shipping Clerk? You'll be:
• Preparing shipments by packaging and labeling items for shipment, ensuring they meet shipping standards and documentation requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records by updating tracking details and processing all orders in the shipping system.
• Coordinating with carriers to arrange pickups and deliveries, including processing shipments on the FedEx shipping website.
• Receiving and processing RMA shipments daily to ensure timely handling of returns.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a keen attention to detail with the ability to accurately record and verify shipment details to prevent errors.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining an orderly workspace.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, external customers, and freight carriers.
• Are physically capable of lifting heavy packages multiple times per day and standing for extended periods, as the role involves physical labor.
• Have hands-on experience with software and basic computer applications, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years of proven work experience as a Shipping Clerk.
