Shipping & Packing Associate – Immediate Opening
Location: Macedon, NY
Pay: $18–$22/hr, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire (Direct Hire Possible-based on experience)

We're hiring a Shipping & Packing Associate to join a growing team in Macedon, NY. This is a great opportunity for someone with parcel shipping and packing experience who's looking for steady, full-time work with potential to grow into a long-term role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, prep, and pack customer orders
• Perform quality checks on items before packing
• Create and label shipping packages using systems like UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL
• Palletize packed orders and prepare them for outbound shipment
• Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Experience with parcel shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) required
• Prior work in a shipping, packing, or warehouse role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
• International shipping experience is a plus (training provided if needed)
• Dependable, team-oriented, and punctual
