Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Shipping/Receiving Worker
This is a Part Time Temp to Hire Position
Summary:
We are hiring a Shipping/Receiving Worker to process orders from various sources, package and ship products, handle internal employee requests, assist with clerical tasks, and perform data entry. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, entry-level QuickBooks abilities, strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to operate a pallet jack. Candidates should have either a high school diploma with 3+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree.
Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a dedicated Shipping/Receiving Worker to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for processing orders from various sources—including our website and over the phone—packaging, and shipping orders, as well as handling internal employee requests. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong working knowledge of our products and promotions and exhibit flexibility to support multiple facets of the business.

Shifts and pay:
Mon-Fri, 9am-2pm
$20.00/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders from website, phone, and internal sources
- Package and ship orders efficiently
- Process internal employee orders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions
- Assist with general clerical duties and provide support where needed
- Perform data entry tasks with proficiency
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Conduct entry-level QuickBooks work
- High school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Ability to operate and manage a pallet jack
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse settings
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
