At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we're seeking Shipping/Receiving Workers to join our growing team at an industrial filter production facility in Lima, NY. With us, it's all about finding the right opportunity for you!

Pay: $20.00/hr. Temp to Hire. 
Day Shift: 8am to 4:30pm, Mon-Fri.

What does a typical day look like for this position? You'll be...

• Preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming deliveries, verifying accuracy against purchase orders
• Reviewing orders and coordinating daily shipments with production, inventory, and carriers
• Applying correct labels, barcodes, shipping marks, and handling instructions
• Creating and maintaining shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, customs paperwork)
• Scanning and uploading documents and entering data into an ERP system (QAD preferred)
• Scheduling pickups and deliveries with LTL, FTL, and parcel carriers
• Safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks in shipping and receiving areas
• Ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international shipping regulations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you…

• Have forklift experience and are certified (or open to certification)
• Have experience with shipping/receiving systems or ERP software
• Can wear required PPE and obtain steel/composite toe shoes after hire
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and enjoy active, hands-on work
• Are detail-oriented and comfortable managing documentation
• Communicate well and enjoy working with a team
