Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate
Location: Blue Ash, OH
Schedule: Flexible hours; typical shifts include 7:00–3:30, 7:30–4:00, or 8:00–4:30. Occasional extended hours until 4:30 may be required to support FedEx shipments.

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support logistics operations within a service center environment. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys hands-on tasks and is eager to learn. All job functions can be trained on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock spare parts from multiple suppliers.
  • Pack and ship spare parts and medical devices to domestic and international destinations.
  • Manage movement and transfer of devices within the service center and inventory systems.
  • Deliver packages to internal requestors.
  • Update service systems to ensure accurate inventory and asset tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate issues or opportunities to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0–2 years of experience; prior experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong initiative, follow-through, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with FedEx and DHL shipping software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Exposure to warehouse organization and logistics.
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
