Operations Manager
Location: Calhoun, GA
Salary: Up to $95,000 + Bonus Potential
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Kelly Services is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of site operations at a chemical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in manufacturing management, operational excellence, and a background in supply chain management. Responsibilities:

Lead site operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and efficiency in all processes.

Manage production, logistics, procurement, maintenance, and quality control for the site.

Oversee site budgets, ensuring cost control and compliance with financial goals.

Collaborate with R&D and business teams for the introduction of new products.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, business teams, and external partners.

Lead and manage a cross-functional team, promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee development.

Ensure the facility meets all audit standards, including ISO certifications.

Monitor and manage investments, projects, and site infrastructure, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

6+ years of manufacturing management experience, preferably in a multinational environment.

Strong track record in managing operations, production, logistics, and supply chain functions.

Proven experience in implementing operational excellence practices, such as lean management.

Ability to manage and lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficient in managing budgets, financial reporting, and cost control processes.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners effectively.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
