Pay $16-20 DOE
Flexible start time between 6am-9am.
Work Monday-Friday with occasional overtime

Kelly Services is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our Call Center team. This position plays a key role in providing exceptional customer service for both inbound and outbound logistics operations. As a Logistics Specialist, you'll assist customers with order placement, pricing inquiries, freight coordination, and shipment tracking, while supporting our sales team by identifying new business opportunities.
Location: Laredo

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls and emails to assist customers with logistics services
• Process customer orders, provide pricing, and offer consultative support on services
• Monitor and update shipment status to ensure on-time performance
• Assist drivers/contractors with shipment-critical information (e.g., directions, pickup numbers)
• Ensure accurate documentation for all orders and communications
• Identify and escalate potential sales leads to the Sales Support team
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to overall team efficiency
• Adhere to all safety and service protocols

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (email, web-based systems, documentation tools)
• Logistics, freight, or supply chain experience is a plus (but not required)
• Willingness to learn and grow within the logistics industry
