Kelly is looking for a Sr. Associate Supply Chain on Juncos, PR.

About the Role We're seeking a highly organized and efficient Sr. Associate Supply Chain to join our team in Juncos, PR. This role will play a critical part in our operations, ensuring that our supply chain processes are streamlined and effective to meet the dynamic needs of our business.   Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly capacity planning.
• Support product launches and new revisions of products.
• Represent the planning department in short-term improvement initiatives and product meetings within Operations.
• Responsible for planning standard and non-standard production orders.
• Handle short-term capacity planning.
• Manage inventory of Finished Goods and intermediates.
• Management and communication of critical items within the internal organization.
• Oversee Material and Production Master Data Management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management and capacity planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and communicate critical items within the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain-related software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Certification in supply chain management, such as CSCP or CPIM.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Compensation
• $28.45 per hour
