Job Description:
Position: Stock Clerk I
Locations: Apopka, FL (near Orlando)
Pay:  $15.61 / Hour; 2nd Shift (1:00pm to 9:30pm)
Start date: As soon as possible (background checks/screening complete)
Duration:  18 months (with possibility of extension or direct hire)

  • Performs a combination of manual and clerical duties to receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, and supplies in a central warehouse
  • Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications and invoices; stores articles according to identifying factors; fills orders or issues supplies from stock; requisitions stock to fill incoming orders; and prepares stock use reports
  • Determines methods or places for storage considering guidelines for temperature, humidity, weight or height limits, turnover, floor loading capacity, and required space
  • perform other duties as assigned by Leadership
Requirements:
  • Performs a combination of manual and clerical duties to receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, and supplies in a central warehouse
  • Candidate will be trained on 1st shift for 2 to 3 months before moving to 2nd shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a daily basis
  • Legally permitted to work in the U.S.; U.S. Citizen
  • High school diploma (or GED)

This is a contract position which offers:
