The Strategic Bilingual Account Manager is responsible for driving retention and renewal success for partner-aligned customer accounts. This role ensures timely contract renewals, executes winbacks for accounts off plan, and identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal cycle. Collaboration with partners and internal teams is key to maximizing customer value and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the renewal process for partner-aligned accounts, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.
- Build strong relationships with partners and customers to understand needs, address concerns, and reinforce value.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal cycle and collaborate with partners to drive incremental revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of renewal status, customer interactions, and upsell outcomes in CRM systems.
- Analyze renewal trends and provide actionable insights to improve retention strategies and partner performance.
- Work closely with internal teams and partners to resolve challenges impacting renewal success.
- Achieve or exceed renewal rate and upsell targets as defined by organizational goals.
- Proven experience in account management, renewals, or customer success roles.
- Experience with channel partners and a strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
- Bilingual fluency required (please specify languages in application).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic insights.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and delivering customer value.
