What's a typical day as a Structural Mechanic? You'll be:
• Performing assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures.
• Conducting drilling and riveting operations.
• Reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, and operation sheets.
• Checking work for quality and accuracy.
• Maintaining a neat and orderly work area.
• Supporting Lean Activities.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Have at least 1 year of related structural assembly experience.
• Have experience working with Solumina and Smarteam (preferred).
• Have the ability to read and interpret basic blueprints.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Have essential personal skills, including attention to detail and the ability to work with people.
• Have good housekeeping and safety practices.
• Have the ability to work with composite resins and materials.
• Are able to lift 50 lbs.
• Are able to work any shift.
• Are able to climb ladders/stands/stairs and work in small spaces and/or restricted areas.
