Current Openings Onsite Supervisor- Provide daily onsite leadership to Kelly employees and clients, driving exceptional operational performance.
- Foster strong engagement to boost workplace satisfaction and excellence.
- Resolve payroll concerns swiftly, partnering with internal teams for timely solutions.
- Ensure compliance with client processes and contracts, recommending improvements where needed.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical openings such as Electronics Test & Repair Technician, Circuit Tester, and Computer Diagnostic Technician.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet talent needs.
- Build and maintain strategic recruiting campaigns and relationships.
- Maintain organized candidate records and provide regular status updates.
- Oversee onboarding activities: registration, screenings, I-9, and background checks.
- Ensure electronic employee records are accurate and confidential.
- Provide clear support and training during onboarding.
- Communicate proactively on onboarding progress and identify improvement opportunities.
