• Provide daily onsite leadership to Kelly employees and clients, driving exceptional operational performance.
• Foster strong engagement to boost workplace satisfaction and excellence.
• Resolve payroll concerns swiftly, partnering with internal teams for timely solutions.
• Ensure compliance with client processes and contracts, recommending improvements where needed.

Electronic Manufacturing Recruiter

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical openings such as Electronics Test & Repair Technician, Circuit Tester, and Computer Diagnostic Technician.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet talent needs.
• Build and maintain strategic recruiting campaigns and relationships.
• Maintain organized candidate records and provide regular status updates.

Associate Recruiting Coordinator

• Oversee onboarding activities: registration, screenings, I-9, and background checks.
• Ensure electronic employee records are accurate and confidential.
• Provide clear support and training during onboarding.
• Communicate proactively on onboarding progress and identify improvement opportunities.
