Supply Chain Analyst – Irvine, CA

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst at one of our Global clients in Irvine, CA.  This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Irvine (92618), hybrid onsite schedule – must be local
Hours: M-F
Pay: $34 hr, plus benefits and PTO
Duration: long term contract

Description: Recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst based in our headquarters Irvine, CA to help support EM Plan related activities.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following

  • Modify / maintain JDE ERP transactions as requested including PO s / credit / RTS / RGA
  • Track / followup / reconcile on all incoming EM supply including ASN transactions including Vizigo process
  • Work with Deliver to improve monthly projected receipt accuracy
  • Collaborate with Planners / Warehouse / finance to resolve receiving issues.
  • Manage generation / distribution of EM supplier OTIF reporting process
  • Support EM MPS process including but not limited to Swiftlink / System data cleanup maintenance / wkly file generation / direct ship
  • Support EM IBP deck generation
  • Support plan team with system data requests
  • Support supply chain / planning projects as needed e.g. improve supply chain flexibility, reduce costs, etc.
  • Support business planning and financial planning processes and leverage lean concepts and Six Sigma tools to develop and effectively implement advanced Supply Chain solutions, processes, and systems improvements.
  • Create and utilize in-depth analytical tools to support issue resolution, decision making, and execution oversight
  • Contribute to attaining and driving improvements to Key Performance Indicators, including forecast accuracy MAPE, bias , inventory entitlement, Slow Moving/Obsolete SLOB , and customer service LIFR .
  • Perform other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications:
Must Have:
  • Strong Analytical / data analysis experience required.
  • Strong sense of responsibility with extreme attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to work independently and ensure 100 of all assigned tasks are proactively completed.
  • Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills are required.
  • Hunger to learn and a passion for root cause analysis / process improvement.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite is a must
  • Advanced Excel skills are critical .
  • Bachelor s degree required.
  • 1 to 2 years of supply chain planning / purchasing / Logistics / materials management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems is strongly encouraged JDE, SAP and BlueYonder is preferred .
