Job Title: Supply Management Specialist
Location: East Moline, IL (Onsite)
Assignment Length: 12 Months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG)
Pay Rate: $26.50 per hour
Shift Information: 1st shift, standard business hours

Position Overview:
As a Supply Management Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead supply chain projects, manage supplier relationships, facilitate effective material flow, and drive process improvements. You will operate in a dynamic environment, interacting with engineers, suppliers, and management to ensure expectations are met.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects involving multiple stakeholders across different disciplines and facilities
- Collaborate on cross-functional project teams to deliver results
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, design engineers, and management
- Facilitate negotiations and resolve conflict with internal and external partners
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
- Create and deliver presentations; document and report on supply chain activities and initiatives
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
- Support sourcing, cost reduction, and change management efforts as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience leading teams or managing projects with multiple stakeholders
- Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional project teams
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects/tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in one or more areas of Supply Management (supplier integration, strategic supply management, supplier development, material flow, tactical supply management, scheduling, forecasting, logistics)
- SAP/PDM (workflow) experience
- Data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Business or engineering degree, or equivalent experience
- Background in sourcing, cost reduction, and change management
