Location: East Moline, IL (Onsite)
Assignment Length: 12 Months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG)
Pay Rate: $26.50 per hour
Shift Information: 1st shift, standard business hours

Position Overview:
As a Supply Management Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead supply chain projects, manage supplier relationships, facilitate effective material flow, and drive process improvements. You will operate in a dynamic environment, interacting with engineers, suppliers, and management to ensure expectations are met.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects involving multiple stakeholders across different disciplines and facilities
• Collaborate on cross-functional project teams to deliver results
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, design engineers, and management
• Facilitate negotiations and resolve conflict with internal and external partners
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing
• Create and deliver presentations; document and report on supply chain activities and initiatives
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
• Support sourcing, cost reduction, and change management efforts as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience leading teams or managing projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional project teams
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects/tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience in one or more areas of Supply Management (supplier integration, strategic supply management, supplier development, material flow, tactical supply management, scheduling, forecasting, logistics)
• SAP/PDM (workflow) experience
• Data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
• Business or engineering degree, or equivalent experience
• Background in sourcing, cost reduction, and change management
