  • Hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite in Port Washington, NY) with option for remote flexibility.

  • Gain valuable experience supporting supply chain, inventory planning, and purchasing operations.

  • Short-term contract of 2 months with full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.

What's a typical day as a Supply Planner? You'll be:
  • Projecting inventory based on forecasted sales, purchases, and adjustments.

  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and reports.

  • Monitoring product flows and providing visibility of future availability.

  • Managing fulfillment exceptions, shortages, and delays—including aging inventory.

  • Activating actions to reduce obsolescence and excess inventory.

  • Partnering with Sales, Logistics, Distribution, and Corporate Planning teams.

  • Continuously improving reporting to support supply chain efficiency.

  • Researching backorder and out-of-stock issues to identify solutions.

  • Making recommendations to maximize profitability and productivity.

  • Updating data tables and maintaining supply chain databases.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • 2+ years' experience in supply planning, purchasing, or inventory management.

  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced Excel skills (Lookups, IF statements, Pivot Tables).

  • Experience with SAP, MS Office, and database systems.

  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.

  • An agile mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in the fashion or accessories industry.

  • Knowledge of order management cycles and SAP AFS1.

  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (SAP Business Objects).

  • Experience with DPM.
