Pay rate and Shift

l Job Duration: 3+ Month
l Shift: Mon to Fri & Pay : $25/hrs. on W2


Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume hiring efforts for our warehouse operations. 
This onsite role is critical to ensuring we attract, engage, and onboard top talent efficiently to meet the dynamic needs of our logistics and distribution teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Coordination:
Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to support full-cycle recruitment for hourly warehouse roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, hiring events, and onboarding sessions.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Onsite Hiring Support:
Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for candidates and new hires.
Facilitate walk-in interviews, job fairs, and open house events.
Conduct pre-employment screenings and assist with background check processes.

Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates regarding next steps, offers, and start dates.

Operational Excellence:
Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to forecast staffing needs and adjust hiring strategies accordingly.
Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

TOP 3 MUST HAVES:

1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or talent acquisition—preferably in a high-volume or warehouse environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite setting.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Experience with hourly workforce hiring and on-boarding.
Familiarity with warehouse operations or logistics staffing.
