Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm (some OT and weekends may be required)
Location: Onsite, Jacksonville, FL (southside area in the Deerwood Park/Baymeadows area)

What's a typical day as a Team Lead (Picking/Packing)? You'll be:
• Meeting customer order demands and ensuring inventory accuracy
• Clearing the PPS hopper, exception hopper, and JIT's hopper by each day's close of business
• Reporting performance against daily, weekly, and monthly goals and providing timely feedback
• Resolving discrepancies and researching quality issues
• Instructing the team to maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area
• Reviewing staffing to ensure adequate coverage and making adjustments as needed
• Coordinating daily tactical planning with other Team Leaders and Support Groups
• Defining expectations and objectives for team members and mediating disagreements
• Conducting performance evaluations and counseling team members as needed
• Managing multiple tasks while maintaining daily operations
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing process improvements
• Ensuring adherence to established policies, processes, and procedures
• Promoting a culture of continuous process improvement

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a distribution center environment
