Friday-Sunday
7:00a-7:30p

What's a typical day as a Team Lead? You'll be:
• Monitoring and assigning daily work to all subordinates.
• Overseeing daily operations and end of shift reports.
• Following up on issues as needed and working with the local team to report daily efficiency.
• Abiding by all company safety and hygiene regulations and maintaining the 7s Program and guidelines.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Are able to work with minimal supervision and assist the team in production line-related matters.
• Are willing to work overtime and weekends when needed and be flexible with shift hours, especially in the 4th quarter.
• Have experience in an SAP and/or WMS environment (preferred) and possess computer literacy.
• Have strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and excellent communication skills.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs.
• Manufacturing environment: Office/Warehouse Dock Environment.
• Occasional exposure to weather and moderate to loud noise levels.
