Description

This role will analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve technical problems on equipment or components. Troubleshoots electronics devices at the component level and resolves integration and configuration problems involving circuit analysis, waveform calculations, fault isolation, prom programming, and signal flow tracing.

Shift:  Monday – Friday (8am-4:30pm)
Pay:  $17.50

What's a typical day as Technical Support? You'll be:

• Analyzing and troubleshooting technical problems on equipment or components
• Troubleshooting electronic devices at the component level and resolving integration and configuration problems
• Working with circuit analysis, waveform calculations, fault isolation, prom programming, and signal flow tracing
• Replacing parts on monitors and servers, following SOPs, and using the correct tools

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Diploma or GED required
• Are a multitasker with strong attention to detail
• Are familiar with computer parts such as monitors, printers, and motherboards
• Are mechanically inclined with tools and working with small parts
• Have a decent knowledge of electronics or have attended an electronic school (preferred but not required)
