- Developing a variety of educational programs for businesses and individuals for the Economic and Workforce Development Department.
- Utilizing tracking systems to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinating outreach events to promote the Economic and Workforce Development Department.
- Assisting with coordination of registration processes for programs and resolving issues with event registration, room scheduling, etc.
- Familiarizing participants with the processes and resources available at the college and partner organizations.
- Collaborating with staff and partner organizations to coordinate program assessment and evaluation and recommend improvements.
- Preparing, editing, and finalizing written materials such as letters, memos, correspondence, forms, contracts, presentations, and reports.
- Hold an associate degree (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Have one (1) or more years of experience in training program coordination within general business or industry.
- Possess skills in training program development.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Are detail-oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Can manage multiple priorities, including special projects.
