Training Administrative Assistant – Manufacturing
Location: Bloomington, IN
Pay Rate: $22.50 – $23.50 per hour
Assignment Type: Long-Term Temporary | Full-Time
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting training and development in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a Training Administrative Assistant to join our Manufacturing Training Team in Bloomington, IN.
In this long-term temporary role, you'll play a key part in supporting the manufacturing training process from managing data and documentation to assisting with new hire orientation. You'll collaborate closely with trainers and multiple departments to ensure all training materials, schedules, and records are accurate, compliant, and up to date. Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, spreadsheet management, and document routing for training-related materials.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating new hire orientations alongside manufacturing trainers.
  • Create, organize, and distribute training packets and maintain training files.
  • Support ongoing projects and collaborate with other departments to keep initiatives on track.
  • Maintain and order building and office supplies as needed.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to new employees as they complete onboarding tasks.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Prior administrative or training support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to type up to 60+ words per minute.
  • Positive, professional, and proactive approach to daily work.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable performing tasks such as bending, squatting, and overhead work.
  • Must be able to wear PPE and work within cleanroom environments as needed.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including nights or weekends when required.
