Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Pay: $24.02/hr

This position is ONSITE in Alpharetta, GA. Must be able to commute to Alpharetta, GA

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Transportation Analyst will track, trace, and monitor carrier performance for shipments of Powersports (Motorcycle) products from 7 National Warehouse locations to our Powersports Dealer Network of over 1000 dealers as well as the coordination of inbound shipments from 8 global factories to fulfil the domestic market demand in the United States. Will be commuting between warehouses and internal associates regarding status of shipments.

Daily Tasks:

• The Transportation Analyst will track and monitor delays of all shipments and provide updates on expected arrival dates
• Be responsible to track, coordinate, and follow up on related activity until a resolution is achieved
• Will serve as back-up to Returnable Crates Coordinator for carrier scheduling and other related Returnable Crate (RTC) operations as needed

Required Skills:

• Customer service oriented
• Experience in transportation of shipments
• Detail oriented
• Independent thinker/worker who recognizes opportunities and problems and seeks to take advantage of or correct them
• Organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
