Payrate: USD 32.19/hr 
Shift: 05:30AM – 04:00PM
 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Fabrication & Installation: Create and install seat covers, curtains, and other interior parts. Read and interpret design/engineering drawings to ensure the finished product meets all specifications. Sew, fabricate, and install panels and covers for aircraft interiors while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. Use the Corridor material tracking system to create part demands and track work progress. 
• Design & Customization: Cut and install custom carpets with unique designs according to blueprints, ensuring precise alignment and quality. 
• Team Leadership & Guidance: Take on Lead responsibilities when needed by overseeing projects and delegating tasks to other technicians. Mentor and train less experienced technicians to ensure they meet safety, quality, and productivity standards. 
• Safety & Process Improvement: Conduct safety audits and assist in maintaining safe work practices. Help identify and implement process improvements aimed at reducing costs, cycle time, and labor hours using Lean Six-Sigma tools. 
• Shop Maintenance: Assist in maintaining shop equipment and ensuring all safety standards are followed, contributing to the overall upkeep of a safe working environment.
