? Work Environment: Heavy industrial manufacturing, paper mill operations
? What's a typical day as a Utility Worker III? You will:

Perform general labor tasks including sweeping, shoveling, picking up paper, and industrial cleaning duties.

Operate forklifts to move paper rolls, pallets, and materials throughout the facility (training provided).
-
Safely handle chemicals and operate core-cutting equipment used in paper core production.

Support material handling, production changeovers, and various utility tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company policies.

Lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs while working in hot, cold, and industrial conditions.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

Experience in heavy industrial labor or fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Material handling or forklift experience (or willingness to learn).

Strong attention to safety and ability to follow compliance standards.

High physical endurance and comfort working around machinery and variable temperatures.

Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate tasks with coworkers and supervisors.
