Job Description:
Kelly Services is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Laborer to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This position involves a variety of tasks to support warehouse operations, including scanning and sorting orders, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan and sort orders accurately for efficient processing.
  • Load and unload materials and inventory.
  • Maintain organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
  • Perform regular inspections of equipment and materials.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or labor-intensive role is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to [insert weight] lbs consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for scanning and data entry.
