Job Posting: Warehouse Record Center Specialist & Maintenance Positions

Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Employment Type: Temporary (with potential for longer-term hire)
Positions Available:

  • Warehouse Record Center Specialist
  • Maintenance Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals for two essential roles: Warehouse Record Center Specialist and Maintenance Assistant. Both positions are projected to last until 2026, with opportunities for permanent hire if openings become available.

Warehouse Record Center Specialist:

  • Responsibilities include retrieving and shelving boxes weighing between 20 – 60 pounds.
  • No forklift certification is required for this position.

Maintenance Assistant:

  • Assist Facility Coordinators with light maintenance tasks, janitorial duties, deconstructing empty racking, and installing new racking.
  • Some heavy lifting may be required, up to 70 pounds, but no special certifications are needed.
  • Deconstruct and install racking as needed

Work Hours and Shifts:

  • Warehouse Record Center Specialist: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Maintenance: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  • No overtime or weekend work expected at this time.

Employment Terms:

  • These are temporary positions expected to last until August 2026
  • Candidates may qualify for hire if openings arise during that period.

Additional Requirements:

  • Safety toe work shoes/boots are required
