Now Hiring: Warehouse Records Clerk
Location: Bend, Oregon 97702
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Assignment Dates: April 2nd & April 3rd (2-day assignment)
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Join a leading provider of information and records management as a Warehouse Records Clerk, and become a vital part of a team responsible for handling and protecting important physical assets at our Records Center.

What You'll Do:
As a Record Center Specialist, you'll support the secure storage and retrieval of physical records—including boxes, files, and tapes. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Processing and scanning incoming and outgoing work orders
- Investigating and resolving order discrepancies
- Retrieving and storing containers, files, and tapes based on specific service-level agreements
- Handling underground storage retrievals using elevators and preparing boxes for transport
- Keeping storage racks and paperwork well-organized and accurate
- Operating scanning equipment and warehouse vehicles safely
- Following safety protocols and reporting any potential hazards
- Participating in audits, file reviews, and emergency recovery projects
What We're Looking For:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Great attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Dependable, with the ability to work independently and within a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Must be able to lift and carry 20–50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable with bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Capable of operating warehouse equipment and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
