Kelly is hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor 

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations in their assigned sector of the warehouse. Focused on associate safety, attendance, quality, production and process adherence.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Coach and develop warehouse associates.
· Develop a positive culture through associate engagement.
· Establish and maintain a culture of continues improvement (Right way, Wrong way and Better way)
· Ensure safe work environment by focusing on training, accountability and coaching.
· New hire training.
· Assign associates work/tasks.
· Monitoring and evaluating associates safety, attendance, quality, production and process adherence.
· Monthly one on one associate partnership meetings.
· Implementing/reviewing warehouse processes and policies with associates.
· Ensure sufficient level of supply stock (stretch wrap, pallets, etc.) is on hand and available to meet operational needs.
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
· Keep equipment operational by enforcing pre-shift inspections and communicating necessary repairs to leadership and vendor.
· Monitor associate performance and provide recommendations for advancement or improvement.
· Utilize Corrective Action form to document coaching and provide feedback on associate performance.
· Listen, document and respond to team member's concerns.
· Develop/maintain SOPs and work instructions.

Education: Bachelor or equivalent work experience
Experience: 2-6 Years
