Pay Rate:
$28 / hr

Hours: 3pm - 11:30 pm

What's a typical day as Warehouse Supervisor? You'll be:
• Supervising and directing UAW hourly employees to ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met.
• Assigning daily work initiatives and maintaining effective communication with both hourly and salaried teams, as well as union representatives.
• Managing the flow of inbound and outbound materials according to the Partners In Customer Satisfaction (PICS) Process and ensuring continuous improvement through the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP).

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1+ years of supervisory experience in a distribution center within a union environment (must have).
• Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to command respect and accountability from assigned employees.
• Are willing and able to work any shift and overtime as required.
