Join a top industry manufacturer where innovation drives success! Our client is seeking a passionate and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead their daily operations and staff in Charleston, SC. 

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll guide warehouse teams, improve performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate inventory and reports. Collaborate closely with managers to resolve materials issues, plan space utilization, and uphold safety and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, SAP proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.

Pay Rate: $70-80K, based on Experience
1st Shift:  6 am-2:30 pm, Monday-Friday



Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to optimize team performance
  • Maintain accurate inventory records; compile and report on stock levels, consumption, and dead stock
  • Perform routine physical warehouse checks and uphold housekeeping standards
  • Plan and manage storage space for efficient material handling
  • Ensure timely receipt and inventory of materials; collaborate with managers to resolve shipment issues
  • Maintain proper stock for customer service needs and oversee transactions for accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (QMS, EMS, OSHA)
  • Address quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 3+ years in manufacturing/assembly
  • Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong SAP and MS Office skills; knowledge of supply chain and lean processes
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Regular participation in safety committee meetings
Physical Demands
  • Frequent standing; use of hands/tools; occasional walking, sitting, stooping, or lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
