Warehouse Utility Worker (Lumper) – 1st Shift Only
Location: Perrigo – Interchange Site
770 Interchange Drive, Holland, MI 49423
Schedule: 1st Shift ONLY – 6:54 AM to 2:54 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour

Position Summary
Join the team at Perrigo, a global leader in self-care products, as a Warehouse Utility Worker (Lumper). In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you'll play a key part in distribution operations by unloading sea containers, handling products, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

What You'll Do

  • Unload sea containers and move cases to conveyors and pallets
  • Sort and lightly repair pallets
  • Clean and maintain warehouse areas
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts (license provided within 7 days), compactors, and basic tools
  • Lift up to 50 lbs using safe techniques
  • Assist with loading/unloading trailers, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleaning logs

What We're Looking For
  • A strong attendance record and commitment to showing up on time
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic ability to verify numbers and quantities
  • Willingness to work toward earning a diploma or GED while on assignment
  • Physically capable of repetitive lifting and warehouse tasks
