Description

Welder - Direct Hire
Pay range: $20 - $30 per hour

Join our team as a skilled Welder and showcase your expertise in fabricating custom metal products. With a focus on precision and attention to detail, you'll read blueprints, operate power tools, and use welding techniques to create high-quality products. Duties:

  • Interpret blueprints and follow plans to produce custom products within specifications.
  • Safely operate power tools and hand tools to customize materials and products.
  • Measure and mark equipment, objects, or parts to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and finish surfaces using grinding, sanding, and polishing techniques.
  • Verify the quality of finished workpieces through inspection and measurement.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and fabrication techniques.
  • Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
  • Ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction sites and working with sheet metal.
  • Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements.
