- $58.18 per hour
- Temporary position
- Remote but must be able to work Central Standard Time business hours
- This job is responsible for providing primarily project support specifically for the Recruiting and Talent modules within Workday but could also assist with daily production support as needed.
- Project support will include configuration to BP's; supporting testing by developing test plans and creating test cases; & implementation of system enhancements; creation of calculated fields and validation rules.
- Production support could include troubleshooting user issues and documenting workflows; ad-hoc performance of quality audits; monitoring of cases and IT tickets to support with production related issues for Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent and Performance with a focus on identifying streamlining opportunities.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Workday Recruiting and/or Talent Administrator; to include configuring related Business Processes, Questionnaires, Agencies, Goal Setting, Performance Review, Disciplinary Action Templates, Talent Review, Talent Calibration, Career Profile etc.
- Workday Systems Administration
- Ability to Troubleshoot Issues independently
- Thorough documentation
- Rapid development of proof of concepts
- Ability to multitask on competing priorities
- Clear and articulate communications
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical documentation
- End-to-end experience implementing Workday functionality and modules; i.e. planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, etc.
- Significant experience creating Workday reports
- Workday Pro Recruiting & Workday Pro Talent Certified
