***Benefit: FREE HOUSING (Paid by Agency) *** Performs 2D echos on adult and pediatric patients. Assists with transesophageal echocardiograms and pericardiocentesis on adult patients. Knowledge of strain imaging and 3D imaging. Every 5th week On call rotation and every 5th weekend rotation required. Unit Description IAC accredited lab. 2 inpt echo imaging rooms in the department. Portable echos on critical care patients and certain patient population (ie. STEMI, NSTEMI, certain types of isolation patients) Philips Affinity machines (2) and Epic machine (1) Typical staffing 3-4 sonographers Monday through Friday and 2 on Saturday and Sunday Meditech - EMR Great team environment. Monthly meetings for QA and IAC accreditation requirements.
