Job Responsibilities- Lead internal and external MARCOM activities to include, but not limited to, product & business branding, trade shows, and internal & external communications in support of growth campaigns
- Lead the development and implementation of Strategic Plans at the Line of Business level with VP Business Development, the VP of Finance & Business leaders and support strategic growth efforts (i.e. IRAD development, Discretionary Planning)
- Develop Line of Business 5-year Plan and support development of strategic thrusts for business growth Participate in New Business and Internal Forecast Reviews to ensure alignment with Sales Force (CRM) and financial forecasts.
- Assist Senior Management team with the plans/objectives necessary for each Line of Business to achieve their strategic objectives and conduct reviews to ensure required progress
- Collaborate with Lines of Business on competitor assessments in support of capture plans
- Identify cross-business synergies and lead the development of coordinated business strategies
- Lead the deployment of tools and processes, with emphasis on automation & AI, that enable the LOB Business Development leaders to develop winning value propositions for major pursuits
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to increase Pw and drive new market entry
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Handle special projects as assigned by the VP of Business Development & Business Leaders
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or engineering or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledgeable in marketing and experience developing a competitive marketing strategy
- Well-developed skills in the area of planning, organizing, negotiation, and communication
- Must possess outstanding analytical skills
- Previous experience in business operations helpful
- Demonstrated successful executive presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
The expected pay scale for this position is $135,000.00 - $200,000.00. Should the level, location, or scope of the position change during the hiring process, the pay scale may be modified accordingly. When extending an offer of employment, Leonardo DRS considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position; any Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, the candidate's relevant work experience, education/training, certifications, and key skills; internal equity; and market and business considerations.
