Job Summary

Performs necessary clerical duties pertaining to all Imaging Modalities. Answers phone and performs a variety of clerical duties.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum Years of Experience: None.
  • Substitutable Education & Experience: None.
  • Required Certifications/Licensure: None.
  • Required Training: None.
Essential Functions
  • Mailing reports to outside offices.
  • Fax reports to outside offices.
  • Mail folders/films back to patient or physician office.
  • Print films from PACS.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Print CD's for patients and physicians.
  • Picks up and delivers mail from the mail room and to the mail room.
  • Put reports on STAT line.
  • Fax reports using RightFax.
  • Use EMR to look up studies.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
