Analyst, Marketing Co-Ordinator OverviewThe Integrated Marketing Communications team at Mastercard is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The position will collaborate with B2B, B2C and Communications teams across multiple Mastercard campaigns.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and email marketing.
• Coordinate logistics for events, promotions, and marketing activations.
• Support content creation for social media posts, email newsletters, podcasts, blogs, and website updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, PR, sales, and product, to align marketing efforts.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing data insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain and update marketing calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners for the execution of marketing materials.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, SOWs, POs, and processing invoices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to support the marketing team with insights.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internship experience is also considered).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is a plus.
