Mastercard Account Team supports a range of solutions and services to drive Services. As part of the Account Team team the candidate will be accountable for supporting Security Solutions partnerships, New Payment Flows, managing growth pipelines, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure technical readiness to meet business needs.
The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders Globally particularly with our Security Solutions, New Payment Flows, Mastercard's account management teams and other product sales teams to cultivate outstanding relationships and possess the ability to work cross-functionally across a matrixed organization.
Role:
In this high-profile, customer-facing position you will:
• Support client engagements which includes program management, strategic planning, commercialization plans, P&L forecasting and client relationship building.
• Strategically grows client business through identifying pain points and providing additional solutions.
• Collaborate on operations including cross-functional team members. Be a contact and point of escalation for business issues.
• Support prioritizing product enhancements in partnership with Account Team peers and our customer.
• Monitors, manages and reports on program KPIs.
• Supports QBRs and executive alignment meetings as needed

• You enjoy engaging with internal and external stakeholders in matrixed organizations to get things done- if there's a hurdle, you know what levers to pull to work around it.
