Title and Summary
Associate Analyst, Sales We are seeking an Analyst to support our account management team in delivering awesome service to a large financial institution, with a focus on their Consumer Credit portfolio. We want someone with an interest in financial products, technology, payments and critical thinking to join the team. We offer being part of a team that is curious, creative and forward looking, so we can deliver relevant solutions and deepen the partnership with the customer. We operate as one team across geographies and functions leveraging the best assets across our collective businesses.The Role
• Work with account managers and customers on day-to-day issues, ensuring they receive the highest standard of service. This will include dealing with ad-hoc queries, providing management reporting and helping with material for presentations.
• Identify creative and useful analyses to address client problems, synthesize analyses into clear, sound recommendations, and share findings through impactful storylines and slides.
• Leveraging data tools and your analytical problem-solving skills you will provide market data to the team that will influence account strategies and customer specific recommendations.
• Develop strong internal relationships and partner with multiple internal functions, including Core Credit Product, Digital, Finance, Marketing, Services and Customer Delivery.
• Build strong relationships with the customer at different level.

Experience and Skills needed:
• Ability to deal with multiple projects and activities
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
