Title and Summary

Customer Success Specialist, Dynamic Yield Dynamic Yield by Mastercard is seeking a “dynamic” strategic and consultative Customer Success Specialist to join our team, specializing in our Experience Search product. This role is pivotal in helping clients unlock the full potential of our AI-powered semantic and visual search capabilities, leading onboarding and optimization efforts. You'll guide clients through implementation, educate stakeholders on best practices, and deliver ongoing strategic value through personalized search experiences.

This is a role for someone who understands the ins and outs of search, with proficiency in understanding search metrics and using insights to optimize relevance and conversion.

Role

•Lead onboarding for new Experience Search clients, ensuring smooth implementation and early value realization.

•Deliver strategic consulting on search optimization, merchandising, and personalization use cases.

•Build strong relationships with client-side search, merchandising, and product teams.

•Serve as the primary point of contact for the client's search programs, distinct from their broader personalization efforts, with dedicated ongoing cadences.

•Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on search strategy and performance, translating complex AI and personalization capabilities into actionable client strategies.

•Analyze search performance data and provide insights to improve conversion, relevance, and engagement.

•Act as a subject matter expert on semantic search, visual search, and search-driven personalization, developing best practice strategies.

•Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and technical teams to advocate for client needs.

All About You

•3–8 years of experience in search optimization, eCommerce, or personalization consulting.

•Proven success in onboarding and strategic advisory roles with enterprise clients.

•Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field.

•Strong understanding of search UX, merchandising, and AI-driven personalization.

•Experience with search platforms (e.g., Algolia, Bloomreach), analytics tools, and A/B testing.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

•Empathy-driven approach to customer relationships and business impact.

•Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

Additional Information

Base Salary: $90,000–$105,000

Location: Must be based hybrid in New York City

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
